Review: HORRIBLE service!!! Would NOT recommend them and NEVER giving them business again!!! I needed to get my driver side window fixed, not sure if it was the motor or the window just came off the track. Regardless of what it was, they told me it would be done in under an hour. I agreed because under an hour would leave me enough time to head back across town to pick up my daughter from school. They immediately start to work on my car, take the door panel off and remove the window and then just stop. The technician that took apart my door then starts standing around and talking with another technician then concerns themselves with changing the music that was playing in the shop, THEN decides to hop in a company vehicle and LEAVE. At this point it's about an hour and I go in the shop and ask what's going on and nobody speaks english and nobody's working on my car. I'm angry and have to leave to pick up my daughter so I pick up their tools that they left on my driver's seat and floor and put it with the rest of their tools on the side. I pick up my door panel, my window, and the window switches and put them in the trunk. I get in, start the car and put the car in reverse. Only then does a technician come to my window and hands me a phone with someone that speaks english. She asked me if I was leaving and I said yes and I told her why. She said one of those technicians was going to fix my regulator and be done in about 20 minutes. They took almost 2 hours. Now I understand if something was seriously wrong and you were working the whole time and it took longer than you estimated, but if you're just standing around and then actually leave and only after I decide to leave with an unfinished door/window you're able to get one of your other technicians to finish the job, that's my issue. If you say you're gonna do something, do it. If you told me it was gonna take 2 hours I wouldn't have done it today. BAD BUSINESS!!! On top of that, when it's done and it's time to pay, they only take cash or Zelle. I didn't have cash so I end up on the phone with the OWNER to get the Zelle info. While I'm sending the money, I'm also letting him know what happened (since he's the owner) and he says "this ain't Macdonald's". Don't know what that meant but, oh well. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Needless to say, they definitely lost a customer and anybody else that I know that would need glass/window work!!! Definitely NO REFERRALS from me!!!

Review: I had my front passenger window smashed by vandals at the Buffalo Station Casino Parking Garage Level 3 while I went to a movie. I found CAGI Auto Class in North Las Vegas and asked for a quote at 11pm. At 1130pm Gabriel rhe owner quoted me a great price. Got to the shop at 730am and Gabriel and his workers got right to work. Took about 45 minutes and that included cleaning up all the broken glass all over the car front and back. I highly recommend this glass shop for your auto glass needs. I also asked if they could tint the window to match the driver side. Gabriel said no problem and added that to the order. A+++++

Review: I got a flat tire going down Maryland and turned into the shopping mall and asked these guys for help. It was midday and very hot outside, with my two year old in the car. They were able to get our spare off(I did not have the tool to remove it) and put the donut on very fast so we could get home safely. Solid dudes and very friendly! Thank you guys for helping me.
