Name: Roger Perez Rating: 2 Review: Came here to get a chip repair for my car. Once I arrived they “fixed it” but I felt like I got robbed. I was expecting the chip to be mostly gone.They said there was a 50% reduction but I did not see much of a difference. Felt like they used an at home repair kit and charged me $50 for it.When you touched the repair I can still feel the groves of the chip. I had to go home and improve it with an at home repair hit so at least it was smooth. Date: a week ago

Bought a new car on Tuesday and 10 minutes into the drive home a rock hit my brand new windshield and chipped it 🙁 I went onto Safelite website instantly to schedule a chip repair, they quoted me $165!! WTH?! So I googled other glass repair shops and luckily I found Fast Glass. Their price was reasonable at $50 for a chip repair. Walked-in at 9am on Thursday (no appointment needed), the staff was all very friendly, they fixed it right away and I was out of there in <30min. Can barely see the chip anymore. Date: 2 months ago
Name: Leon Vazquez Rating: 1 Review: This company was recommended by a friend and honestly was not a pleasant experience. They bragged about being in business for many years and professional technicians. However, this company lacks of customer service skills and customer concerns when situation arise. They replaced the windshield on my auto and the technician tear up apart the rubber that protects and seals the windshield and they couldn’t do anything about it because was not part of the windshield’s job “according to them” when I call them and confront them about the lousy job they did they made up excuses of not been part of the job and the management or person in charge didn’t even took my call and address my concerns instead they let the receptionist handle the situation.The windshield that was replaced there’s a wind noise, tear up rubber corners and screws that I found around and this company didn’t even bother to offered to check the work that was done by one of the their technician they did a half fast done job and also they don’t care about causing damages to your auto.
