The customer service over the phone was very professional and informative. They recommended I come in for a free inspection and they also gave me some fair price breakdown of the potential cost I would be looking at. The guesstimate was great because it prepared me. When I arrived they knew who I was because of the vehicle description from the phone ,they got to work and were very fast and efficient. Showed me the problem and gave me a great price. Name: Chris Quintana Rating: 1 Review: Picked up my car from getting a simple tint and found broken glass in my trunk. Please take these reviews seriously because they are all true. After I confronted them about the broken glass, they lied and said a car next to me had a broken glass. How would that get into my closed trunk. It is very embarrassing how they do business. Please do not take your vehicles here. Now I have no warranty because I do not trust them to ever work on my car again. They did replace the rear window with an authentic Toyota one which I am grateful for, but they should not have lied to me. I am so happy I didn't get charged. I still don't know what happened.
