Review: Craig Osterhoudt (Owner of Las Vegas Glass Repair) STOLE $1,082.50 from me. I transferred $1,082.50 to him via Venmo on 10.11.2023 which was supposed to be 1/2 payment for the screens for my patio door plus anticipated labor and then I kept following up with him every 2 weeks November, December and January to see if the screens came in and when he can come in to install. He took days to reply and would indicate that the screens are not yet ready, when his crew was supposed to show up for the appoint they did not, he said his crew picked up screens for another client and he was confused, and then needs to reschedule with me, etc. This stalling and lying behavior went on until 1.23.2024 and then on Jan 1.23.2024 I looked up his his contractor license via www.nscb.nv.gov and found that his License was SUSPENDED and as of 12.22. 2024 his contractors linked is STILL SUSPENDED ( see last photo) Meaning that Craig was doing business with suspended license at least on 1.23.2024 I then messaged him that I would like a refund of $1,082.50 and do not want do business with him due to his lack of professional conduct. He of course never refunded the money. This is a warning not to do business with Craig. There are other reviews that speak to the same conduct.

Review: Came and gave an estimate. Gladly took our $500 deposit and then they disappeared. Blocked our phone number. It’s been two months. Craig is a crook and dishonest and stole our money. Seems we have little or no recourse. If you know how we can get our money back please post here.In addition, they also took our oven door and we have repeatedly ask for them to return it. We left messages because as you will soon discover, they don’t answer phones or call back. Next call the BBB.I’m going to continue this review. It has now been about 4 1/2 months since they took our money and our door for repair. I did contact the BBB but to my surprise, if the company doesn’t respond to the communication from the BBB (after repeated attempts) they can’t do anything to help. LV Glass ignored all requests for a response from the BBB.It’s now December. They have $1000 of our money and no door. It’s been 6 mos. Maybe more. I am going to file a claim in Small Claims Court. I don’t want to waste my time but this company and Craig should be held accountable. This is my first negative review but if it keeps one person from being scammed by this guy then it’s worth the trouble.

Review: I called Las Vegas Glass to have a window fixed where someone had tried to break in. I got their recording so I called a couple of other businesses and was shocked at the prices I was quoted and no one could come out until next week!!!A few minutes later I got a call back from Craig and he gave me a quote for replacing the window and said he could do it that day. I was very pleasantly surprised and the quote was close to a third of the other quotes. He came out, took measurements and then came back with the window all within a few hours. I am so grateful to find Las Vegas Glass and Craig is just delightful to work with. One of those people that you feel like you've always known. Thank you Las Vegas Glass and Craig!
