Name: Sheila Delcasal Rating: 1 Review: Had windshield replaced, when I picked up car I asked about a piece of plastic on the mirror were it is attached to the window. The guy started getting defensive and asking if we had a photo and became increasingly agitated for me simply asking a question. Terrible customer service and communication. They must be used to complaints because when you go there the place is locked up tight and they do all business transactions in the parking lot not real professional gives you the feeling of a shady operation. The windshield was OK though. Update mirror fell of after two days and sloppy installation of weather stripping, surely it will leak. Update, took car back showed them shoddy work mirror fell off weather stripping not properly installed. Bottom line they will not stand behind their work. Name: Carlos Rosales Rating: 1 Review: TOTAL WASTE OF MY TIME! Spoke to and made the Saturday appt. w/ Cesar. Came in on 6/24/23 for a simple job. Shore up my RV window that was shattered after attempted break-in. Just to get me by for an upcoming vacation until I have time to send it into the shop. I arrived a little after opening. No one to be found. 1/2hr later Cesar arrives w/ a pleasant lady and a child. He says he will get to my vehicle. For what seems like an hour, he finally comes around and he gives me an estimate for the job he plans to do. Another hour goes by and nothing. I call for him through the fence, tells me the same thing. 2pm rolls around nothing. He didn't have the courage to come out and simply say, I'm very busy today, over-booked, overwhelmed, made a mistake or even that he had an emergency. Instead, he sends out the little lady to give me excuses. I said action speaks louder than words. Total waste of my time. Told her this is not rocket science and will have to now do it myself. She did apologize, said sorry, so I politely left. I take 24hr call at my hospital job and this was my only free day until my vacation July, 18, 3 weeks from now. Lesson learned. Date: a year ago
