Review: Safelite on Rainbow was a pleasure to work with. China & Mike care & offer superior customer service. Their technicians know what they’re doing. I had a vertical crack that couldn’t be fixed. It was my first time to buy a new windshield and my car is 5 1/2 years old. I called 3 glass companies, including them, and they were the only ones that mentioned my Santa Fe needed recalibration. At first, I thought what the heck is that? So I called my dealer & It was true. That is why the other two bids were so low. I find it alarming that the other 2 glass companies didn’t know. In addition I didn’t realize my windshield was so pitted in general until I received a new one. I highly recommend them.

Review: I brought my Tesla here for a windshield replacement three days ago and have been impressed with the whole experience. Scheduling online was easy, and they handled all my insurance information seamlessly. I even dropped my car off a day early due to my busy mornings, and they were more than accommodating. Not only did they replace my windshield perfectly, restoring it to its original condition, but they also went above and beyond by cleaning my car and charging it overnight. The team was incredibly courteous and attentive. Highly recommended for anyone in need of top-notch service!

Review: Visited 2/18/25 at 1:30pm- I needed to repair/replace a crack in the passenger side of my windshield and was directed to this location by my insurance. I recognized Safelite because of the jingle on commercials, ‘Safelite repair, Safelite replace.’I parked my car in the relatively tight parking lot and they got to work right away. I was called soon after by the technician to get the vehicle. His name was Jason. I got the key from the front desk guy who gave me a hard copy and warranty information. I did not get his name but I appreciate the service I received and the windshield replacement.I will use and recommend Safelite, particularly this location, for any vehicle glass damage after this positive visit.

Review: Horrible experience, don't take your car there , the repair was made June 10th after driving the car for 30 minutes the frame edges of the windshield came off while driving, the parts were broken during installation and placed back like that total negligence, after explaining to Ramon the manager about the issue he apologized and told me it was going to get fixed, it's been 20 days and nothing yet I have been calling corporate and they just tell me we call you back. I will be looking for legal action.Just a quick update on my review so far Safelite never reached back after 37 days of the negligence, I contacted my insurance for a warranty claim and they send me to Gerber Collision and surprisingly the parts arrived in 4 days and now my car is finally being fix. I wanted to make sure people are aware of this company and the manager Ramon not to mention the whole costumer service and complaint department as well as Justin Jacobson regional manager who according to costumer service we was going to call me 20 days ago ''still waiting'' , do not choose this company they are the worst in all aspects.Quick update my car was fixed by Gerber Collision in two days, it was easy and simply.Once again do not take your car to Safelite you will regret if you do, this was the worst costumer experience in 24 years that I have been in Las Vegas, the lack of communication and professionalism it's absolutely ridiculous not to mention corporate they are worthless.Take your car to Gerber Collision.
